I Had the girl with short hair this time for acrylic refill and I am not very happy with her work. She drills multiple times too deep which hurts my nails and today I was left with a deep cut under my thumb made from the drill. It was painful and I gasped when it happened but no apology was made. I wished she could’ve been more gentle. Nail appointment should be relaxing and not painful.
