The hair cut wasn’t satisfactory and so I requested for a refund. They called me over to the shop on a Really rainy day For me to sit there and explain why I didn’t think it was a good cut. They said it was not their fault even though my problem was that they cut it too short even after specifying the length. They all said it wasn’t the stylist’s fault and didn’t give me any partial refund, coupon, or anything! When I was getting the haircut it was very loud and they would interrupt me a lot!

Ik ben hier nu 4 x geweest voor krullen knippen. De dames zijn altijd aardig en komen zeer ervaren over. Ik ben altijd tevreden.
