I booked a facial & showed up the venue at 10am for my appointment. To my disappointment the shop said it was open on the door but there was no one inside and the lights were off. The doorbell wasn’t working so there was a sign asking me to call the store for them to open. Unfortunately, I called 4 times and it would ring and then go to voicemail. On my last attempt at 10.15, the line didn’t even ring and went straight to voicemail. Guess they only open if you prepay. Don’t recommend.
