Oxana does amazing job. Every time the manicure she does makes me feel completely satisfied with the quality and very happy.
However I had not a pleasant experience in the salon itself. It was a technical problem with the cashier machine and I was asked for help to swap my bank card one more time, however I showed in the bank app, that I paid but the administrators of the salon were not sure if they received the money or not ( not really a customer problem, right? ). I agreed to help. I was promised that I get
my money back if the transaction is doubled. When I got back home I saw in my banking app that I paid twice indeed, I contacted the salon but was no response. I contacted next day, very slow response and they asked me to prove that I paid twice …. I felt like I helped but in the end I became a victim of the situation. I have sent screenshots. Then I was told that someone will deal with my problem and will send the money back. I m not sure if it was already done or not, I received neither any note no any message that the transaction was processed back. Very “ nice “ attitude.
