This was so bad. Dont go there.. My nails started breaking in 5 days as I was on vacation in Australia . I messaged Oksana as they have a 2 weeks guarantee. I sent her many reminders and no proper answer. Only made a thumbs up to a message and a sassy reply on the time I sent a picture (time difference in AU). What a horrible way to treat your customers! I was a customer for >1 year.. unfortunately from the last 3 times I did my nails there, two broke within one week. I was ghosted completely..
