Victoria really takes the time to pick and choose a color, shape for the nails and includes manicure. My nails look great!

Weer ontzettend blij met mijn nagels. Ik ben in het verleden naar vele nagelsalons geweest zowel in Utrecht als daarbuiten. Veel voorkomend probleem was dat mijn nagels scheurden of afbraken. Sinds ik bij Victoria kom is dat verleden tijd. Victoria is deskundig en gaf mij advies over de lengte en verzorging van mijn nagels. Mijn nagels zien er weer fabulous en verzorgd uit. Ik wil niet meer anders!

I am so happy with my new nails. Victoria was warm and welcoming and she immediately made me feel at ease, as if we'd been acquaintances for a while already. She asked me what I wanted, if I already knew it or not, talked me through options, quickly presented me with possibilities, told me what she thought was best for me according to my requests in combination with my work and they turned out literally perfect. They look natural, clean and they feel nice and sturdy. Happy as! I'll be back!

Victoria is super friendly and knows how to create great customer experience. She works fast and her work is of highest quality. She is true expert in what she does. I had my gel nails lasting for fours weeks and still looking great!! Which is not the normal standard with any other salon I’ve been to so far. I defiantly get my money worth but more over it saves me precious time too. I like that Victoria is also aware of improvement opportunities as far as ambiance is concerned and putting plans in place to make her customers even more comfortable, relaxed and cosy. Moving into new private space, ordered comfortable recliner chair for customers highest comfort, etc. Way to go!!
