I received a terrible haircut. There are long pieces hanging out. Some areas are cut very short. Even in a ponytail you can see that my hair was messed up. The hairdresser said it is suppose to be like that... I get a very standard womans haircut so normally this should not be hard to do for a trained hairdresser. In addition, the salon was dirty and not corona proof. I was suppose to have an appointment with a woman named Raquel but a man cut my hair. No refund was given by Treatwell.
