I've had already 2 haircuts with Andrea, last one because I got rebooked, both have been terrible, he doesn't listen and tries to convince that it looks good when I kept saying I didn't like it, and he clearly knows that is not good. I even had to show him how to fix it, because the problem were basic things like just shape
