PRO: I love getting my treatments done with Alisa when I come here - the quality, efficiency, knowledge, and tips are great.
CON: Sadly, I will not be returning. As much as I love Alisa, I don't love this business. 3 of my latest appointments were rescheduled same day or 1 day before. As a result of looking for a new place, I also found that other highly rated salons in nearby neighborhoods (with hundreds of reviews) charge half the price for the same services, even when there are sale prices!

I had my first Ice laser treatment at the Studio Medusa in Amsterdam and it was really great, I can already notice results, little to no pain and Alisa truly made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Thank you!!
