I was let in at the agreed time, with no delay. Gabriela was very kind, friendly and empathic. The room was very clean. As a suggestion for brand new customers and older people, the administration should maybe inform that at the reception there is no physical person and one can access the place only by typing name and type of treatement to receive on a digital monitor.
