First and the most important thing in a service industry is how you treat your customers and how do you make them feel. In the beginning Gina was very rudely talking to me which I did not like at all, she could say same things politely. Later on she started talking nicely and even had conversation with me (that’s why I spared bad review on google for them). My eyebrows were also not done that great I have had better service and better eyebrow shape at other places so I won’t come back here.

Opnieuw superfijn gewaxt door Gabriela. Ze heeft altijd veel geduld en ze stelt me heel erg op m'n gemak. Ze doet er alles aan om het voor mij zo comfortabel en pijnloos mogelijk te maken.
