I forgot the name of the professional who did my appointment, but she is amazing. She constantly checks with you if you need a break, if you like what she is doing or if you want something different. She’s also very calm, I feel at ease with her.

It was my first time getting my eyebrows done (shaped) ever so I was really scared about how they would turn out. However, I was super pleased with the result and all my worries went away. Will definitely come back if I need my eyebrows done again!!
