3 stars because Whitney is very nice and made me feel comfortable but the brazilian itself was very messy. I was left with too many hairs all over the place that I tried to tweeze away myself but lord that is painful. Tried this place out because my usual spot was fully booked, been having brazilians for years so I know what the end result should be like - this wasn’t it.

Svetlana was truly amazing, advising me on the best treatment for my hair type and skin. She was understanding that there was chaos in the public transportation and I arrived late although she really didn’t have to be. It was a great experience and I’ll be coming back.
