I always come to this institute, they are really professional, always on time, super kind… but this time the wax was horrible. The lady told me that they just changed it, it was burning my skin, and for a brazilian wax… not ideal. It was really painful. If they don’t change the wax again, I won’t come back. The lady was really good though, everyone is nice, it’s not their fault, but the wax was terrible, please change it again🙏🏻
