Niet erg tevreden. Voor een behandeling waar 40 minuten voor stond gepland stond ik met 15 minuten weer buiten. Het leek alsof de medewerker haast had. Op sommige plekken nog resten wax/hars op mn huid wat ik thuis zelf nog heb moeten verwijderen. Lichaamsdelen zelf zijn wel glad.

I love my waxing specialist—she’s skilled and professional—but I’m disappointed with the management. She was alone during my appointment, having to interrupt the session to answer calls and handle reception. This isn’t her fault but shows poor planning by the owner. It’s unfair to her, frustrating for clients, and raises security & hygiene concerns. The owner should ensure there’s always someone at reception to support staff and provide a better experience.
