I wasn't sure at first as I really didnt feel like having another shower. I'd just come up from a swim and shower and having a body mask meant I would have to shower again. I'm glad it was explained and how much more effective it is with the body mask and massage so I went for it and was extremely grateful I did! The mask feels gorgeous being massaged in and hydrated my skin so well. The massage after eased the tension in my shoulders & I drifted off he has an excellent touch!
