The massage was OK, but the therapist didn't ask me if I wanted soft, medium or hard pressure and it was too soft for me. Perhaps I chose the wrong type of massage, but I feel this should have been discussed with me prior to starting treatment. Facial was lovely, no complaints. Manicure and pedicure were a complete waste of money though, very poor quality.
