There was a lot of mix-up with their booking system at the wellness centre so spoke to them multiple times as they kept on changing our booking slots. They were inexperienced in how to deal with these types of problems and therefore came across rude. In the end after many calls they managed but it put a real damper on the experience. The massage itself was good, but again they didn't tell us where the dressing rooms were and asked no questions on our plans after etc. The level of hospitality needs to be improved.

De cosmetische behandeling pedicure was in eerste instantie voor mij een tegenvaller. Was niet helemaal tevreden over het lakken van de nagels maar na contact kon ik terugkomen. Larissa heeft mijn nagels opnieuw gelakt en ik ging helemaal tevreden de deur uit. Deze keer perfect gelakt. Fijn team.

Nice staff but purely as a facial treatment- I've had better ones. Some of the key elements of a facial such as steaming, scrub facial massage etc. seemed to be missing!
