Bad management! Disappointing and frustrating experience. Not a wrap treatment! Smeared with cold body mask, told to sit in the public sauna, and then told to take a shower in public in the general area or in the locker room. While wearing my underwear which I was told to keep on. The kneading hands advertised in the description don’t make an appearance, the ‘massage’ is just a super soft brush being used to paint parts of your body. Management gaslit me & despite promises never reached out.
