Worst client service I have experienced in my whole entire life. The arrogance and lack of client-friendly approach makes me stop immediately from booking a massage at this place.

Spa at the Djakarta hotel is a really nice gem. Andres was amazing and took a great care of me. He advised perfectly on the best treatment when I came for my booking and he was very careful to all details and my well-being <3. I greatly recommend him for treatments. The himalayan salt body treatment was a real treat and involves all senses. I went back home with a soft amzingly scented skin. I will be back for sure, for more treatments or just to enjoy the spa facilities
