Not a great first impression, when I walked in, the phone rang, and the receptionist decided to answer phone instead of help me! Had a freaking terrible haircut from someone whose name I don’t remember, a junior I had the impression. Asked for a choppy bob- was cut far too short, and in the aftermath it’s literally not even straight. One of the worst I’ve ever had. Friendly lady, but was furious if prepaid on the app, as in normal circumstances there’s no way I would have paid. Could have cried.

They charged extra for the shampooing and at the end the cost was higher. Also I do not see any difference after the treatment. The frizz did not change at all. It was just a waste of money.
