The salon is lovely and the lady helping me was kind but the treatment was a bit disappointing. The end result was not what I’d hoped and I left with a small wound from the wax by my eyebrow. Perhaps just an ‘off day’ but I’m not sure I’d return.

Melissa nails it every time (pun intended…) Not only is she funny to chat with but she lets you leave with perfect nails each appointment. She’s a perfectionist (just like me) so you never have to feel bad for pointing something out or requesting something to be changed (although that’s rarely the case as she notices every bump or line.)

Had my appointment with Gwen as Melissa was on vacation. It’s funny to see how both ladies work very differently and both have their own approach, yet still provide you with a perfect end result. Gwen is lovely!

I go on a monthly basis so apologies for the repetition but Melissa always lets me leave the salon with perfect nails. She always offers the best advice on what’s best for your nails regarding strength and health but also what shape is flattering and which colors are nicest. Never have to feel anxious that I’ll be disappointed!
