I do understand that salons need a deposit and that a booking cannot be changed less than 24 hours before, but this is the first time where I was going to be late and 1) I was told I cannot come at any other time because they were fully booked (even though when I later checked, they had slots available the next day and 2) I was not even offered a modified service that would take less time. So I was just charged with no service and was not even offered any alternatives.
