First time getting a deep tissue massage. Have manageable lower back issues for 20 years and got the tip to get a Yoga Moves massage. As it is a lot of built up tension it will probably take some time and more sessions for all knots and tension to subside (which was also told in the session)
For me the 1 on 1 approach felt caring, I chose Maria as a therapist and we talked about the history and upcoming massage. The massage was great, especially the days after. Looking forward to the next visit

Maria was very knowledgeable, very friendly and I felt comfortable with her. The massage was very good and was just what my body needed, because Maria knows what she is doing. And she also provided additional information. Perfect!
