This was my second experience (first one was good). This time, the lady only spoke Arabic which made communication a real challenge. At the end, the cut I got was NOT what I wanted at all (its a boyish haircut). The owner who actually speaks English was not available. I am not for bad reviews, but my argument is to not accept a client if you are unsure whether you understand them. Now I have to live with this haircut for a month or two before its grown back :/
