I’m specialised in headaches (chronic-, cluster-, tension type headaches and migraine) yet medical massage can help fully or partially with a big variety of pathologies like tendinitis, periostitis, compartment syndrome, post surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, RSI, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, lower back pain, lymphedema, swallowing disorders, posture correction, inflammatory bowel disease, sciatica, etc.

- Most sessions are accompanied with tailored exercises that can practically be used in your daily life. When helpful, you learn self massage for maintenance, you learn small adjustments in daily life that can make big differences, you learn stretches to improve posture or physical state of being, you learn relaxation exercises and/or cleansing advice through living whole foods. The self-massage, Yoga (or parts of exercises), gravity exercises, etc. are so that you can prolong and maintain the results of the treatment. This allows you to resolve your own recurring tensions yourself. Deepening of the understanding of your tension naturally grows with the creation and resolution of the tension is an important part of perceiving, preventing and resolving it. The goal is for the tension to disappear and not return immediately or in the long term.

Hailing from Holland Quint graduated The Sports Academy (ALO) and NGF Sportmassage in 1998 and Sportzorgmassage in 2017. Since then Quint has full-time experience in Deep tissue massage, teaching yoga, outdoor sports and long term cleansing via living foods. Quint worked with thousands of people for decades with professional athletes, to offices employees, to the mentally disabled, both young and old.

Having 25 years of experience in Vipassana observation meditation and different cleansing diets, i.e. vegetarian, vegan, raw food and low glycemic Quint teaches his work globally.
