Caroline is the best! Very welcoming and thorough. She takes her time and yet you’re still in and out efficiently.

Caroline makes you feel at ease. She check whether you are still okay and if the wax is not too hot. You even get the option to keep a stress ball bark. This was wonderful to have in hand as a distraction. I will definitely come back here! I was a bit confused by the entrance, but the guys next door helped me.
