Andrew is a passionate barber originally from Ukraine. His career began at 21, and since then, he has honed his craft in Kyiv, Athens, and now in Rotterdam, where he is part of the talented team at 4Men Barbershop. His expertise lies in classic men’s haircuts, precise beard styling, and traditional shaving. He views barbering as an art form—a space where creativity meets precision to craft a look that suits each individual. Outside of work, Andrew finds inspiration in music and art, which fuel his passion for delivering unique and thoughtful experiences to his clients.

Ras is a highly skilled barber with a passion for perfection and a commitment to continuous learning. With over 19 years of experience in the barbering industry, his journey began in Ukraine in 2003. Originally trained in interior design, his creative eye naturally led him to the art of male grooming. By 2016, Ras had established himself as a recognized expert, eventually opening his own barbershop in Kyiv. Now, he brings his expertise and dedication to Rotterdam’s vibrant scene, ensuring every client leaves his chair with a smile and eager to return.

Ruben began his barbering journey with a passion for style and confidence. At 20, he chose this profession, and within 5 years, he became an instructor at an academy and conducted masterclasses for experienced barbers. In addition to his work, he pursued music, studied nutrition, and psychology, which helped him support his clients not only externally but internally as well. At 4MEN.Barbershop, he creates a space for renewal and confidence. His clients' style is his priority.
