Hi! Today was my first time getting a wax treatment. Overall, I was happy with the experience. The woman who did the treatment was very kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable. However, when I got home, I noticed that there were still quite a few hairs that hadn’t been removed. That was a bit disappointing, as I expected the area to be completely smooth.
