i have massages by my preferred therapists regularly. this massage by albert garcia ordinas has been very nourishing and relaxing; such a treat. after recently saying goodbye to an old and dear friend who passed away, i feel more rebalanced and feel whole and complete again. i am looking very much forward to my next massage with albert, and encourage everyone to treat themself to one if you have the opportunity. if not, do try and attend one of albert's excellent yoga classes in amsterdam.

Albert is very kind and welcoming. He makes you feel very relaxt and pays a lot attention to your wishes. The massage was very good. It was relaxing and effective at the same time. Sometimes he has to treat your muscles a bit harder to loosen them. This can hurt a bit at that moment. Just tell him what you can handle. He will take that into account. This treatment will help you relax right away, but above all also the days after.
