Wat een fijne massage. Er wordt goed geluisterd naar wat je wil en ik kwam helemaal ontspannen buiten.

I highly recommend Astrid. I had my first appointment and will certainly coming back again in the near-future. She had a calming, grounded energy and I left the massage feeling like I'd had 3 days worth of sleep. Very relaxing, and released tension in my neck and jaw. I really appreciated her approach, that she listened, worked intuitively, checked in frequently with me, and offered me tea and water and time to both get ready and leave without rushing me at any point.

The Lymph massage was wonderful with Astrid! I had a lot of pain in my legs and it was nearly gone after the treatment. It was also so relaxing. I really enjoyed it, also that she takes the time to talk before and go through the issues i had. I already booked another appointment. It is really worth it and i can only recommend it.
