They had food out while doing my nails and even though I showed up, I later got an email from Treatwell that they said I never did. Very rude.

My nails were in very bad condition so Mai was super careful with them and she did an amazing job. ❤️

The quality of the Acrylic Nails is good. The location is of course very convenient, but the overall experience isn’t nice. Staff is not friendly and the tools are not that clean.

I explicitly asked to be careful with removing my acrylic nails as I know they’re already really thin. But my nail bed is burning and the smooth layer of my natural nail is completely gone. My nails hurt because of using the electric drill on my natural nail, having now filed off the top layer. I only realize now that that never should’ve happened and should’ve spoken up.. Really disappointed and actually quite angry as it will take months now for them to grow back normally.
