just had an appointment at 17-08 17:00.
I booked a removal and new set because I thought it was time for a new set, after a few refills (also done at your place). The employee told me that this was not necessary and did exactly the same as a refill, namely: file off the top layer, file off a new layer of solar and file off the top layer. Very well done, and within half an hour I was done.
But I have to pay 75 euro's. I see now that a refill is 42...... I want my money back!!
