I went for the first time and after 3 days, 4 nails had already chopped off (treatment made in a rush and nails lengths were different). I contacted the service and they gave me a new appointment to fix the 4 nails. After 3 days the same thing happened again. I asked for a full new treatment or at least 50% of refund. They replied that the issue was with my nails and that they could only offer me a new treatment (to be paid)with a discount. Horrible experience and definitely bad quality product
