Everyone has bad days. But they could seriously use some customer service lessons. Terrible way to treat customers. I paid 33 euros in advance for a refill without nail polish. When I got there I asked if I could get the nail polish as well and she said it’s going to be 18 euros more. I asked why as I showed her the prices listed on the app (which were 32 euros for the nail polish and refill total while I was there) but since I booked before she wouldn’t accept that. Yet she insisted on payment.
