Goed geknipt maar weinig interactie. Kunnen betere instructies geven over wat er gedaan wordt of wat er van de klant verwacht wordt, zoals hoofd iets draaien, wat vind je van zoveel eraf, we zijn klaar hier je kan nu opstaan en daar naartoe.

It was very awkward to enter the salon. Then, they tried to use threading, but I said I had requested an eyebrow wax. We went back and forth a few times about this, first saying the machine didn't work. When I asked for a refund, they suddenly found the machine. I should have just gone for the thread option, as the wax clearly didn't work. I started plucking my eyebrows myself at the end to fix, they also didn't dye my eyebrows. The appointment was supposed to take 30 min, but took 1 hour.

Staff was late, the women did not speak English or Dutch and did not leave the room when I got undressed. The massage was with no good will but rushed. I left early
