Do NOT go here for lash extensions. I booked my appointment last minute and when I went on to choose the times there were still places left for the appointment. So I go into the salon, on time, and as soon as I say I booked an appointment with them they result into saying they don't know about it and to say that they don't have time and that it takes really long. They made me feel really bad about booking 3D lash extensions, for no reason. Mind you, I HAD to pay pre-appointment online, so I did that as well already. So after waiting for a while, and no apology what so ever, a lady decides to just do my extensions without being qualified to. She used drugstore bought individual lashes that I could buy myself, they were by the brand 'Kiss', a brand I used to buy really cheap lashes from. During the application she kept opening my eyes and blowing on them as if the glue wasn't good enough. FYI: I've had my eyelashes done lots of times, so I do know how a proper eyelash extensions application should go. And as expected, they've already almost all fallen out after only 4 days of having them on and I paid 75 euros!!!! The service and treatment it self were so poorly done, I do really want my money back. The combination of the salon being dirty to the point where I couldn't breathe while laying down in all the dust to the eyelashes being bad and the service being even worse, really made this an experience I've never had before and I really regret paying up front online, but that was the only option they had. So please, save your money.

De twee mannen die de salon runde waren beide super aardig. Het was een rustige zaterdag dus ze namen alle tijd. Ik kreeg een Koerdisch ontbijtje aangeboden en gratis liefdesadvies.

Hele vriendelijke en meedenkende mevrouw. Ik had nog nooit eerder een gezichtsbehandeling gehad dus het is fijn als iemand dat met jou meedenkt. Mijn wenkbrauwen zijn ook mooi en natuurlijk bijgewerkt. Ik kom hier zeker terug.

At the end they ask for 15€ more.
