I went for acrylic nails. When I arrived the woman was not even there. I had to wait for 15 minutes before she arrived at the salon - the other staff telling me she usually doesn't start until 10 even though I could book at 9am through Treatwell. Then the appointment. The woman was very rough with my nails, pushing the cuticles down very far and cutting them very low. The appointment was nearly 2 hours long. Do not think there are very good hygiene standards. She also tried to charge me extra for having my nails soaked in water at the beginning of my appointment and for gellak polish. Although my nails do look nice, I definitely won't be coming back. Only good thing I can say is that the staff were quite nice.

The visit was very nice. Workers speak little English but they gave very nice treat. It doesn't take much time to wait, though the company makes impression as a new place. The lady who cut me didn't look at the time but to have her job well done. She also offered me a hairstyle (based on my preference) which will suit well - and it did. There is coffee and tea and atmosphere is very relaxed. If you want to minimize time at hairdressers - you may chose other place, but if you come for a pleasure and want to relax with no stress and enjoy - come here!
