I booked a wash+haircut+blowout for long hair for €38,5 but chose to pay at the venue in case I change my mind whether I want my hair to be styled or not. Once the haircut was completed they asked me if I wanted a full blowout or just drying with a hairdryer so I asked for styling only the front of my hair and the rest would be dried with the hairdryer which is not a full blowout. They still charged me for a full blowout and I only realised it after I came home. And before anyone says there was a language barrier because I only speak Turkish and English, I specifically told them what I wanted after the haircut was completed in Turkish to the Turkish speaking stylist very clearly. And I asked my hair to be completely dried since it was 6 degrees outside but they still left half of my hair wet. I don’t know if they were trying to cut back from their time or the Turkish speaking colleague translated it wrong even though I stated that it was cold outside and I needed it to be fully dried. They also didn’t use any heat protection for the below mediocre drying I asked them to do and paid a full blowout price for.
