Client for more than a year and despite of the unorganised appointments disrespecting their clients time, I have never made any complaint,I made an appointment online for my lashes refill and nails refil, and payed online for both services. I arrived 30 minutes late, and she was very rude and said there is extra fee charge for the fact I was late, and also wanted me to pay 10 euro extra because they used a lot of product for my nail refill.I am disappointed with the way I was treated.
