My visit was great. Joy was very personable and I am so glad she convinced me to try dyeing my eyebrows too. She was very careful and thought a lot about what would be best for me. Would definitely recommend!

The lady working here was very friendly but I am not too happy with the quality of the shellactreatment I had here last week. To be honest I'm still not sure if it really was shellac; there were no base- or topcoats, just two layers of the polish which needed to be dried under the lamp for a very long time. The next day already two of my nails had chipped (I have never had this with a shellac treatment from any other salon). During the treatment the lady did offer a 1 week guarantee; would they chip within a week I could come back. As I was going on a holiday the day after this was not really an option for me but of course it was nice of her that she mentioned this.
I was supposed to have a pedicure as well but they did not offer this anymore since a couple of weeks. This was not Beauty by Rosa's fault as it wasn't adjusted in the Treatwell system when I booked it. However I only found out about this when I arrived there. It would've been nice to get a heads up from the salon before the visit. I even spoke with the lady on the phone the day before where she said that the pedicure that I was going to have was a normal pedicure (over a medical pedicure). Felt that it was a bit strange that she did not mention this during our phone call as she then already knew that they did not offer pedicures anymore.
To summarise, I would not go back here for any nailtreatments. I was surprised
about my experience as I saw many good reviews. As the lady mentioned, the salon is mainly focused on the massages, and I think that those good reviews are about the massagetreatments and not about the nailtreatments.

Joy heeft me enorm goed geholpen. Ze weet waar ze het over heeft en weet precies wat goed is voor mijn huid. De behandeling was fijn en ontspannend. Ik kom zeker terug!
