Unfortunately not happy with the facial at all. First of all, the facial ended 25 minutes (!) earlier than expected. Secondly, the lady was not gentle at all, applying everything super rushed and rough. During the massage, it felt like she was pulling my hair and almost slapping my face…I was telling her to do it a little more gently twice but it didn’t really change anything. I cannot believe that the original price is 115 euros, even 80 euros is way too much for this. Cannot recommend at all
