Really did not have a good experience. No ambience, the room is an open space and twice two people tried to walk up the stairs (one was male!) and the beautician had to stop him. I kept saying the temperature was too hot but the beautician did not reduce it. She was a lovely lady , but I moved my legs at one point and all of the hot wax strips were stuck to my legs. There was a very bright harsh light shining into my face the whole time and it was a noisy venue, someone hoovering downstairs and you can hear the conversations of different people walking in and out. The beautician was super lovely but I just really didn’t enjoy my experience today.

Mooie nieuwe locatie! Snel en pijnloos mijn oksels laten harsen. Zal zeker terug komen.

The staff were really nice, I was greeted on my way into the salon and treated well before my lash appointment started. The lash appointment itself was great and I am very happy with the outcome
