I went brow threading and a manicure with gellak.
Brow threading went fine and the result is neat. However, there were several issues with my mani:
- lady in charge spent quite some time searchign for the utensils she needed to use
- during the process, she cut me 3 times at 1 single hand.
- going there for a mani, I was expecting to see a pallete of colours for gellak. The salon had only limited supply and around 5 colours.
- the quality of the manicure is not satisfactory as the colour was smudges on my nail up to the skin on my hand.
Last but not least, there is quite an unprofessional attitude with workers hanging around and speaking portuguese loudly. More, at the end of my treatment, I was told I cannot pay by pin and had to go outside find an ATM and come back. Not huge fan that this is not mentioned before or that this is the case. Why is there no ATM/pin and no receipt is given?
For me not a nice place and will not come back.

Ben heel goed geholpen bij de blow dry bar en goed geadviseerd. Omdat mijn behandeling goedkoper uitviel dan dat ik vooraf betaald had heb ik nog een manicure tijdens mijn verbehandeling gedaan. Super tevreden. En alles is erg mooi gedaan. Bedankt

Mijn haar is prachtig gefohnd! Ik kom zeker terug! Hier snappen ze hoe het moet!
