Karima is absoluut 5 sterren waard, ik kom er nu al jaren voor mijn wenkbrauwen en altijd zijn ze weer perfect in model; een aanrader. Föhnen kunnen ze bovendien ook als de beste. Het is er ook altijd gezellig met een multiculturele vibe. Kortom een hele fijne salon.

I came in and was told my appointment would be delayed. I was fine with this but then realized I had purposefully chosen the first appointment that day to avoid having to wait, which means they put someone else before me. During my wait another woman came in and was complaining about her appointment not being how it was suppose to be and said it wasn’t the first time so I fear this behavior is ‘normal’ for this establishment. The woman who did my eyebrows didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask what shape I wanted or what color I wanted, or anything about what she was doing. She just told me to lay down and started and didn’t say a word to me during the treatment. The coloring of my eyebrows went well but she shaped them differently than I would’ve liked. All in all it wasn’t a ‘bad’ treatment but I don’t think I will be returning.

My visit was okay. Although I was told when paying that I should be charged for having my hair washed ?!? It’s a blow dry bar the whole point is that they wash and blow dry your hair. She saw the look on my face and then added but as I had booked on treatwell and they haven’t changed the price yet that I didn’t have to pay this time. My hair is short - well above my shoulders and she wanted to charge to wash it ..... it left a bad last impression.
