I have been a regular customer for months.this time i booked, first they took 30 mins extra to finish the job, yet the results were below average. They promised they would set up another appointment to correct the nails, but they never did. When I called, they said my appointment had already expired. Very disappointing experience

The gel polish is ok but the manicure is not really accurate. It is done with dry nails and cuticles and the cuticles are removed with a machine that easily hurt the skin. I had blood in 2 fingers.
