Lovely nails but terrible hygiene! Started the appointment right after another customer and nothing was cleaned. The same towel was left on the counter and all the same equipment was used. I was particularly anxious when the rusty looking nail clippers were used to shorten my natural nails before acrylics. Additionally, I was quite disappointed that my natural nails were just clipped and extensions stuck on. They were not filed or shaped at all. Such a shame once the acrylics come off. Overall, the acrylic nails were alright, some shaping was off but the colour was pretty. But personally it was not sanitary enough for me to consider to come back.

Niet echt blij met resultaat. Heb ik ter plekke ook laten weten aan ze, maar volgens hen was “dit gewoon normaal”. Ik vind “normaal” dan niet goed genoeg! Goedkope behandeling maar in dit geval is goedkoop dus duurkoop, beter investeren in een duurdere behandeling bij een salon die er geen haast klusje van maakt.
