Delighted with a sports massage with Adam. He took time to understand clearly what I was looking for and tailored the massage to that. Great communication and a gezellig atmosphere throughout, very happy to have found Adam at Body Quake :)

My experience with Adam was, in a word, amazing. All was designed to have a wonderful moment, and it was, indeed. He is a very nice person, so getting to relax and enjoy the massage is very easy and fluid. All in all, I would happily repeat the experience.

Adam is the best, from relaxation to sportsmassage, he does it all. Also just a lovely guy who really cares about your wellness and loves a chat, or some quiet, however you want it. I hope he still has time for me since the salon will soon be fully booked!

Adam is, quite simply, the best masseur I've ever had the privilege to be treated by. He is thorough, finding the deep knots in my muscles and working hard to to bring me relief from the stress. He is imaginative and creative in his routines so I always feel he's adapting and expanding his technique.
As well as physical expertise, Adam brings a sense of deep connection, a wholistic commitment to the treatment. He's charming, professional and it's a delight to spend time on his table. Book him!
