I am Mattia and I come from Perugia, in central Italy. After my graduation, I decided to follow my biggest passion being a barber. The art of cutting was transmitted to me by my family. I started to learn and practice as a barber in my hometown but my will was to improve my skills. Thus, I moved to The Netherlands fascinated by "The Old School Barber Academy" by Schorem in Rotterdam where I sharpened my technique and knowledge about barbering. After this formative experience, my focus became working for "Calvetti Bulldog Barbershop", the coolest barbershop that I have seen before. Being a barber gives me the chance to build connections with lots of people, and through their stories I can learn what they expect from me. I’m sure that every single client in my chair will be satisfied as I will do my personal best.

This is the 2nd location of Calvetti Bulldog Barbershop you'll find in Amsterdam. Located on Nieuwe Nieuwstraat, this is the place to be for a regular or Italian haircut and a regular or Italian beard treatment.
Calvetti Bulldog Barbershop is the barbershop with the real barbershop feeling when you walk through the door. Mattia and Claudio are professionals when it comes to barber treatments, so you are in good hands here! They have over 15 years of experience, so feel free to ask for some advice.
