Hi Chris, I passed by a few times because i wanted to talk to you personally. My appointment with Raquel was a bit disappointing. She was talking a lot during the treatment which made it impossible for me to relax. After asking her for a bit of quiet she still kept explaining things to me. At the end she added the skin analysis to the bill, although you said it was for free if done together with a treatment. She then took it out, so I didn’t had to pay for it in the end. When i asked her for some samples of the products she used during the treatment she said she doesn’t have any. Overall quite a disappointing experience.
